How do I get an account?
PCR Pro is available to property management agencies. Contact us at hello@pcrpro.com.au and we'll set up your agency account and invite your team.
Which platforms is PCR Pro available on?
PCR Pro is available as an iOS app, Android app, and in any modern web browser. All platforms stay in sync automatically.
Can I import my existing condition reports?
Yes — you can import existing DOCX condition reports and PCR Pro will use AI to extract all areas, attributes, and condition notes automatically.
What report types are supported?
PCR Pro supports Ingoing (PCR In), Outgoing (PCR Out), and Routine inspection reports. All exports comply with the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (WA).
How do I reset my password or delete my account?
